We take everything you know and turn it into movement. Clearer messaging. Stronger offers. More visibility. Better decisions. Practical strategy around your income, impact, marketing, sales, and whatever your business needs most right now.

The integration:

We make sure the breakthroughs don’t stay breakthroughs. You’ll have direct coaching, accountability, and support as you practice making different decisions, taking the next step, and actually becoming the woman who can hold what she’s creating.

Meet Lauryn

I’m an embodiment leader and speaker, entrepreneur, business coach, and mama of four.

I’ve been an entrepreneur for more than 16 years and a mentor for the last seven, helping hundreds of women turn what they know into businesses, offers, ideas, and meaningful work in the world.

I’ve built businesses across industries, coached women through growth and reinvention, and lived enough seasons of entrepreneurship to know that the strategy is rarely the whole story.

Because you can have the brilliant idea, the strategy, and the vision and still struggle to move when you don’t trust yourself enough to follow what you know.

That’s why my approach to business coaching works with both the woman and the business.

We’ll talk messaging, offers, sales, visibility, money, and growth. But we’ll also work with the identity, nervous system, patterns, and self-trust underneath the way you lead and make decisions.

My work is about helping you build strong roots in yourself so you can expand your business without abandoning yourself along the way.

For three months, I’m in it with you.

We’ll work with what’s actually happening in your business in real time, from the big vision to the decisions, ideas, resistance, and opportunities that come up along the way.

This is personal coaching built around you, not a predetermined curriculum.
Two 60-minute private sessions each month to go deep into whatever needs our attention.

Strategy, embodiment, messaging, offers, visibility, money, identity, nervous system work, decision-making, or the thing you can feel you’re ready to move through.
Monday through Friday Voxer access for the moments between our calls.
